How to fix the Kyocera Boot Loop
Although the video uses a Samsung phone for the demonstration, this looping process is an android issue and can be solved on virtually any Kyocera phone using the method in the video above. Please remember to back up any important files on your phone regularly as this method will hard reset your phone sending it back in time to its original state from the factory.
I did all of the above and now since pushing the power and volume buttons the only thing that happened is the green light that shows up when the battery is charged is on but that's it. The screen is just staying black. Is there something more I can do or can you please help me figure out what is going on with my phone? pretty please
ReplyDeleteWith no information on the screen it seems as if your screen may be toast. Did you receive any of the notices listed in the above demonstration? The fact that you are getting the power light but no information indicates a bad LCD. Did you hear any sounds or did the green light flicker? These are all signs of the internal components of the phone doing their job. The screens can commonly be found on ebay rather cheap but I would hate to see you spend the money and not fix the issue. Let me know what model you have exactly and I will find a solution to your issue.
